Through its leaders, Local 295 has grown to approximately 500 members — union strong.

We are dedicated and continuously strive to improve the quality of life for our member and their families. To become and retain your membership status with IUOE Local 295, you are required to pay an initiation fee, dues, and assessments. As set forth under the Union’s Collective Bargaining Agreements, for each payroll period, the Employer will deduct from the salary of each covered member the amount of his/her dues, initiation fees, and assessments owed and required to be paid to IUOE Local 295. Such amounts will be remitted by the Employer to IUOE Local 295 on a monthly basis. These deductions are made in accordance with each member’s duly executed check-off authorization signed by the member. Subject to the terms of your employer’s Collective Bargaining Agreement, the following dues and other payments are deductible:

INITIATION FEES: $600.00

MONTHLY DUES: $28.00

WORKING DUES: $0.65 per hour of covered work
